J. Glenn Ebersole, Jr. is a multi-faceted professional, who is recognized as a visionary, guide and facilitator in the fields of marketing, public relations, management, and engineering. He is the Founder & Chief Executive of the Lancaster, PA based multi-disciplinary & strategic thinking consulting practices, J. G. Ebersole Associates and The Renaissance Group™. He is a Certified Facilitator and business and strategic thinking and planning coach to a diverse list of clients.

Ebersole began his distinguished multi-disciplinary career in engineering, management, marketing, and public relations in 1970 with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and worked in various transportation-related departments. During his government service he traveled throughout the United Stales directing a variety of special transportation-related projects, which required his multi-disciplinary backgrounds in engineering, management, marketing, public relations and strategic thinking and planning. After 10 years of government service, Glenn entered the private sector as an engineering and marketing executive for 5 years and then as the founder and chief executive of his own companies.

Glenn has received national and international recognition for his service on numerous national transportation research committees, task forces, and special assignments from international and national professional organizations. He also has been recognized for work on several nationally historic and noteworthy building projects during his project management career (including such Lancaster, PA. City landmarks as: the Southern Market Center and the Carter and MacRae Elementary School). He successfully managed the unique multi-use Brossman Business Complex project in Ephrata, PA., which has two theaters (movie and live performance), a restaurant, conference facilities, D & E Communications' corporate offices and leased office space.

Glenn has worked with several internationally known celebrities on special projects and has made numerous personal speaking appearances at local, state, national, & international conferences across the country. Glenn acts as a publicist and provides professional management for artistic & athletic personalities, including retired NFL players.

Glenn also conducts seminars on working with the media, marketing, crisis communications and public relations. Recent highlights of his career include being selected by Jay Abraham (known as the world's highest paid marketing consultant) to participate in a panel of public relations experts for one of Jay's exclusive seminars and being selected by Abraham again to provide public relations counseling for the Billion Dollar Internet Super Summit and to promote a new book by Abraham.

A native of Lancaster, PA, Ebersole is also a Registered Professional Engineer in five states and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering Degree in Engineering Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
